Nancy is originally from Bremerton, Washington. She has lived in many diversified areas such as Las Vegas, Nevada; Albuquerque, New Mexico; Norfolk, VA and Asheville, NC. She has been a resident of Charlotte, NC for 22 years. She has appraised many multi-family projects that include conventional, tax credit and student housing apartments. She has appraised for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mae, Conduit and National Bank lenders. She has been in the appraisal business for 13 years and is in charge of the Apartment Appraisal Group within our office.
