Originally from Stockton, New Jersey, Melissa
relocated to Charlotte in the Fall of 2000.
She began working with Fred H. Beck & Associates,
LLC in January 2007 in an Administration
and Support role and will soon become a
Staff Appraiser specializing in the appraisal
of commercial and investment properties.
Currently, some of her responsibilities
include, but are not limited to the following:

Production of all reports going out (copy
and assemble), assistance with formatting,
transmission via e-mail and/or upload
of reports in Adobe (PDF) format to client(s),
assistance with follow-up of appraisal
assignments and information for all appraisers,

Assistance to Office Manager with answering
and responding to bid requests via e-mail
and/or fax maintaining confirmation with
coordination of information received and
distributed to assigned appraiser(s).

Preparation of job folders for new assignments
and/or engagement letters for assignments
requested by clients,
-
Quality assurance for appraisals to comply
with USPAP Standards and Client Guidelines;

Daily maintenance of Client Database,
and assistance with commercial brokerage
and putting packages together;

Responsible for training in full of new
Office Administration and Support position.
